PLEASE NOTE – All documents are subject to a $.25/page fee plus tax in addition to the cost of the form. If you pay strata fees by Electronic Funds Transfer, the cost of the form and per page fees will be automatically withdrawn with the next strata fee payment. If you are not on EFT, payment is due within 7 days of the form being delivered, by cheque or cash only. For credit card payment, orders can be placed through E-Strata Hub (estratahub.com). When ordering through E-Strata Hub, additional outside vendor fees may apply.
