wrm will limit the collection of personal information to that which is necessary to ensure the effective management of the strata properties for our clients.  Personal information is used to satisfy the legal requirements of the Strata Property Act; to identify and communicate with clients; to process payments; and to respond to emergencies.

We have strict standards to limit the collection, retention and disclosure of that data. Access to client’s personal information will be limited to selected employees within our company.  We retain information only as long as is necessary. Our staff are aware of the requirements of the Personal Information Protection Act. 

We ask that our clients keep their personal information up to date by contacting us when there is any change to that information.
