There’s more to renting out a Whistler property these days than placing an ad online. New rules came into effect recently in Whistler, Squamish and other communities that have changed the game slightly. As well, different strata bylaws could also apply.
BC Assessment has released its annual property assessment roles for Whistler and British Columbia, based on housing sales data from 2018.
As of September 2018, Canada Post has implemented new postal codes for the municipality of Whistler beginning with V8E. The previous V0N codes for Whistler will continue to valid until Oct. 1, 2019.
