Strata Management Agreement

Every year council must approve an updated Strata Agency Agreement or Fee Amendment Agreement with WRM that includes terms of the contract, annual fees for managing the strata, the number of council and annual general meetings included in the contract, and rates for additional services. Please note that all additional projects and emergency responses that are not considered normal operating expenses will likely result in fees for services provided, even if the council appoints a project coordinator who is not the agent.

Financial Statements

WRM prepares financial statements for strata corporations as per the requirements of the Strata Property Act and Strata Property Regulation. Statements take an average of four weeks to complete, so July end-of-month financials would likely be available in late August or early September.

(NOTE TO AGENTS: This section will either include folders containing financials (see below) OR a link to online versions available through Net Integrity (InfoTracker/OnTrack) if that is possible.
