After Hours Emergencies

Please contact us immediately in the event of a fire, flood or another emergency where there is potential for injury or damage to the property.  Note: Owners may be billed back by the strata for all response costs if an emergency is deemed to be an owner’s responsibility. Charges are also applied for after hours calls, even if a response is not immediately required. Rates are $95/hour on evening and weekends, minimum one hour.
