Property Information
Planning a Renovation?
All renovations and alterations that affect floors, walls, ceilings and fixtures must be approved by council. Council requires owners to have all relevant building, plumbing and electrical permits to do the work, as well as to sign an alteration/indemnity agreement that indemnifies the strata against any damage that occurs as a result of the work being done.

Bylaws and Rules
Download the latest Wildwood Lodge bylaws.
Please note that the bylaws may be subject to change at annual and special general meetings, when approved by 3/4 of owners present. Those bylaws do not go into effect until they are approved and filed by the Land Registry Office.
Strata Insurance
The Wildwood Lodge is currently covered by BFL. Please send a copy of the Summary of Coverages to your home insurance provider to ensure you are covered for damage not covered by the strata policy or any deductibles that may be charged back to your unit.
Please note that the strata plan only covers common property and original fixtures, and is only applied if the loss exceeds the deductible. Home insurance is strongly recommended as the strata policy does not cover personal possessions, any upgrades or alterations made to the unit, loss of rental income, living out expenses in the event of a loss, or other costs not related to the common property or original fixtures.
Strata Plan and Records
Download a copy of the strata plan. Please note that this is not the architectural plan, but the layout of the property and unit entitlement calculations filed at the Land Title Office. For architectural drawings, if available, please contact the strata agent.
